ServiceNow ai agent auto populate field

Anyone knows if its possible for ai agent to autopopulate a field based on the rule written in the case description? if possible, then how? IT should do it by its own as the logic should not written manually.

Today, we had a demo with our client on this.
We showcased the out-of-the-box Change Plan flow, and all the fields are getting auto-populated as defined in the AI Agent.
You can check the AI Agent configuration to find the details.
