ServiceNow and Confluence Integration

I am looking to use REST in ServiceNow to pull/put information in Confluence. I was wondering if anybody has tried this and if so if they have any useful information? I am getting stuck getting the information that I want from Confluence. The information I need is in the "body" of the page and that comes out of Confluence as a big block of HTML. Please let me know if you have had success.

Hi Angela,



You might want to look at the platform DragonGlass.   It has connectors to servicenow and confluence, as well as many other common SaaS applications. It extracts data and you can also search and create analytics across data stores.

what REST endpoint did you use to integrate with confluence? everything i've tried so far ends in 404


if i get the content bit figured out, i think the creation of knowledge in ServiceNow will be the easy bit

Hi Graeme,

Out of interest, did you ever get a REST endpoint? I was hoping to have a play about with something similar so would be very interested in this.
