Hi @rucha_patel

I also got the Same issue with one of the project.

Unfortunately, we do not have an ATF test step that could fulfill the requirement - Attach a file to the catalog item.

However when using the test step "Add Attachments to Form (SP)" - there is a chance of a successfully completed test step to attach to the catalog item on the service portal page. Whether this is successful or not depends on the customizations on the page.

The Snow team gave me the KB article which you can provide to customer.

Kindly mark it as Solution/Helpful. 🙂

To add attachments to a Service Catalog form in ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Service Catalog form where you want to add the attachment.
2. Click on the form where you want to add the attachment.
3. Look for the paperclip icon (usually at the top right corner of the form). This is the attachment button.
4. Click on the paperclip icon. This will open a dialog box for attachments.
5. Click on "Choose File" button in the dialog box.
6. Navigate to the location on your computer where the file you want to attach is located.
7. Select the file and click "Open". This will upload the file to the form.
8. Click on "Upload" button to finalize the attachment process.

If the above steps are not working, it could be due to several reasons such as user permissions, form customization, or system settings. Here are some troubleshooting steps:

- Check if the user has the correct permissions to add attachments.
- Check if the form has been customized to disable attachments.
- Check the system settings to see if attachments are allowed on Service Catalog forms.
- Try to reproduce the issue on a different browser or clear the browser cache and cookies.
- If the issue persists, it might be a good idea to reach out to ServiceNow support for further assistance.
