ServiceNow ATF - Incident Form - Agent Workspace

Hello all,

Wondering if anyone can help. I am in the process of developing ATF Test for Incident in the Agent Workspace application.

My Agent Workspace ATF Test fails when setting the 'Category' field. I have set my 'Incident Type' field in the step before my 'Category' field. I even have my 'Subcategory' field ready to go in the 3rd step. See screenshot below:

However, when I run the Test, it fails at Step 11. See screenshot below:

Manually, this is not a problem. I am manually able to set the 'Category' and 'Subcategory' fields after I've set the 'Incident Type' field. See screenshot below:

Any help offered would be greatly appreciated!

I'm struggling with this too...

How did you manage to select the "+" sign to create a new one? I tried with both - 'click component (custom UI)' and also 'click modal button'. They both fail.

Just go through the normal Form steps, except change your 'Form UI' from "Standard UI" to "Agent Workspace".

did you manage to solve this issue? Have the same problem. Thanks for your help.

I had to submit a Hi Ticket for it. After investigating it, the ServiceNow Rep opened a Problem for it because it is a code issue. So the fix might be in a future patch or release.
