ServiceNow ATF - Incident Form - Agent Workspace

Hello all,

Wondering if anyone can help. I am in the process of developing ATF Test for Incident in the Agent Workspace application.

My Agent Workspace ATF Test fails when setting the 'Category' field. I have set my 'Incident Type' field in the step before my 'Category' field. I even have my 'Subcategory' field ready to go in the 3rd step. See screenshot below:

However, when I run the Test, it fails at Step 11. See screenshot below:

Manually, this is not a problem. I am manually able to set the 'Category' and 'Subcategory' fields after I've set the 'Incident Type' field. See screenshot below:

Any help offered would be greatly appreciated!

Is the issue resolved?
If no, can you please share the link provided by the HI Support team?

ServiceNow closed my HI Ticket and Problem as "As Designed". Apparently, that is how the system works, and there is nothing to be done about it. They suggested submitting an Idea Request. Absolutely absurd and disappointing resolution. As a result, my team cannot develop Incident ATF Tests in Agent Workspace.

Good to know about the HI ticket, there is an existing issue where the ATF 'Agent Workspace' UI quite literally runs Agent Workspace, so this issue occurs with Custom Workspaces as well, i.e. if you don't have the same fields/view on a Custom Workspace versus Agent Workspace.
