Servicenow: Attaching multiple files using button action in catalog form.

How to attach multiple files at the click of button(customised field) on catalog form as i cannot use default/oob attachment clip icon. Any suggestions is appreciated.Thanks!

why it's not allowing?

Any reason why they don't want to use OOB functionality? what's the restriction/challenge for this?

As a ServiceNow consultant you should always convince customer to use OOB things as much as possible

why not use MRVS then and users can add multiple rows and add multiple files?

The above is the easiest way I would recommend.
