Hello ,
Some incidents have blank descriptions when they are created from AWS to ServiceNow. Do you know if ServiceNow logs anything in order to view the payload? Or is everything from AWS's end? If anyone has encountered a similar problem, it could be useful. Please take note that the AWS service management connector plugin is being used. Thank you.

you can created a HI ticket for this. May be AWS plugin is incompatible with Xanadu.
