ITSM Mobile Agent - Logout and login doesn't create new Push Notifications Installation

Hello,

 

I encounter this problem where I need to reinstall the app inorder for my device to be re-regsiter to Push Notification Installations token so I can have new Push Notifications created triggered for me.

 

What could be the cause of it?

Give below instruction a try'

 

 

The assignment group record shall be checked as include members set to "TRUE".

By checking it, the notification will be sent to individual members but rather the group email address when a notification is sent to the group.

 

Let me know with this setting it solves your problem or not .
