ServiceNow catalog item form is automatically saving as draft without user submission (keeping the filled form idle for hours), is this an existing feature any KB or documents where I can find these details?

I believe the question is other way round.

The form is getting auto-saved in draft even if user screen is idle for hours.

I believe as per the new feature you can configure save as draft for your portal but I couldn't find any property which says it will be auto-saved in every 10mins or so.

If you are aware of that property, it would be great. Recently I was searching for something similar.

Yes, Ankur, I understand the same, and I also searched, but there’s no update either in the docs or in PDI that includes this property. It might be something custom on your instance or potentially at the global level.
