Customer service catalog categories are not displaying on CSM Portal Category page

Hi,

 

We created categories for customer service catalog.

Granted all accesses needed to catalog items (SNC External user criteria)
The widget on the portal is the ootb one, no customization.

Portal CSM is linked to the csm catalog.

 

User criteria diagnostic says that all is good:

But still, we are unable to see the categories list on the SC Category widget. Even the ootb categories don't display.
This is not a matter of role cause even admins don't see categories list.

Any suggestion would be appriciated.

Hi Toderean,

 

Nevermind, I dig up waiting for replies and found that the widget OOTB SC Category returned an error

ngRepeat:dupes Duplicate Key in Repeater.
i had to cloned it and fix the error.

it is all good now.

    Can you share with us more print screens, for example: how you linked CSM Portal to the CSM service catalog, categories are correctly assigned to CSM Service Catalog?
