ServiceNow Catalog Item Variable lookup Select Box: How do you display Label and populate Value?

I have 2 lookup select boxes, the first is dependent on the second. 

The first field (group) is displaying the value in the drop-down and populating the value from the table data. How do I change the group field to display the Label and populate the value from the referenced table?

did you try to give Lookup value - Label field

Yes, I tried putting "label" in the Lookup Value field like this, but when I did that the dropdown stopped showing any values.

I have confirmed that the value, and label is populated in the table

It was a caps issue Label vs label.
