Hey All,
We've enabled collaboration services + Microsoft Teams for Servicnow and "Start Microsoft Teams Chat" is available and working well here.
However our users would like for the chat history of the a "request based chat" (Chat initiated thru "Start Microsoft Teams Chat" on a record) to be written/copied from MS Teams to the Record's Additional comments field.
Note, we know that is possible to "force" this import by clicking on the related link "Import Messages from Microsoft Teams"
AND
we know that there's an auto-import feature that catches the chat history and writes it down on the [sn_tcm_collab_hook_ms_teams_chat] table
What we want is:
1. Initiate a chat thru a RITM00001 by clicking on "Start Microsoft Teams Chat"
2. Conversation goes under that active chat
3. Chat History gets copied to RITM00001 additional comments
Is it possible , has anybody done this before?
