I created an agent in co pilot studio and am using servicenow as a knowledge source using Oauth2 authentication. I was able to set up the client id, instance name and was able to test and confirm it was working for me. When I try to share the agent with others they are able to use the agent until it triggers the servicenow connector, it will say the connection failed and then they have to go into connection and put in the Oauth2 servicenow app registration credentials again. Is this normal or should the user be able to connect with re entering the credentials?
