Hi everyone, question regarding servicenow delegation. In case the delegated person will respond/otherwise manage a ticket delegated to them, this will be done under their name right?

Hi @oww15 ,
Yes, when a ticket is delegated to another person in ServiceNow, any actions taken by the delegated person will be done under their own name. The delegated person essentially assumes responsibility for the ticket and performs actions as if they were the original assignee.
This means that any updates, comments, or other actions performed by the delegated person will be recorded under their name in the ticket's activity log. It helps maintain transparency and accountability as each user's actions are clearly attributed to them.
It's important to note that the delegator (the person who delegated the ticket) still retains visibility and access to the ticket, allowing them to monitor the progress and any updates made by the delegated person.
