I am new to ServiceNow and am trying to better understand the table definitions and relationships. Is there published ERD for the default configuration? Are there any graphical views within the platform to aid versus paging through list after list?
Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Hi James,
Many people prefer a more graphical view of the entity relationship diagrams and table extensions that ServiceNow provides in the default Schema Map that Pradeep referenced above. To that end we have been developing a ServiceNow Data Model document over the past four years. This includes all the task and planned task extensions, data models for each process, cmdb class extensions and a legend a the end describing the colour coding and connector type standards used throughout the 66 page document.
This is shared on this forum as our way of giving back to the ServiceNow community. The current version (v34) is available for download at http://www.nashcosolutions.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/ServiceNow-Data-Model-v3.4.pdf You can subscribe for updates to be automatically sent to you as they are developed by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of the web site, and selecting "ServiceNow Data Model" from the Subject selection.
Regards,
Ken

Ken, that PDF ERD is great. Page numbers would help for a future update!
