ServiceNow ERD for the task tables?

I am new to ServiceNow and am trying to better understand the table definitions and relationships.   Is there published ERD for the default configuration?   Are there any graphical views within the platform to aid versus paging through list after list?

Has anyone received an ERD for anything in ServiceNow?   I'm ramping up on ServiceNow in attempt to help our internal teams and an ERD would accelerate the effort.   Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
