ServiceNow flow designer - State "Presumed Interrupted" for the step [ while getting token of API]

In ServiceNow flow designer, we have a subflow for an integration.
In one of the steps for getting API token - we have a state called "Presumed Interrupted"
because of this, flow is stucked.
How to resolve it?
