Hi Team,
I have a Flow which gets triggered when Call is generated. I want to implement a scenario when the flow is triggered upon call creation, the account / company of the call is unknown but the user who has raised that call is aware and the flow should take input from the user / email from. So the flow should ask the user if for which account the call is generated and call should get updated with that value.
Please help.
