Hi All,
We are looking for a name for our ServiceNow instance where we are going to build new projects. (We already have Dev/Test, Prod). Does anyone have any ideas on a creative Name?
Best,
Kathy

There's no authoritative "standard" but what Suresh said is pretty commonplace (except that I wouldn't use the actual suffix "prod" in the production instance) - and I've been around ServiceNow for over a decade. It all depends on your organization's needs. Since you don't like snow 😉 let's say your company name is Rainfall. You would have at a minimum:
rainfall.service-now.com and rainfalldev.service-now.com
then you could add:
rainfallsandbox.service-now.com and/or rainfalltest.service-now.com
rainfallqa.service-now.com and/or rainfalluat.service-now.com
rainfalluatpreprod.service-now.com and/or rainfallstage.service-now.com
or as you said, if you have multiple dev teams mabe you want
rainfalldev1.service-now.com and rainfalldev2.service-now.com etc.

Whilst we also struggle with everyone else using Snow in short for ServiceNow, I was surprised to see ServiceNow themselves using it 😉. Eg: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0952875
(Require support account to view)
As refer https://www.servicenow.com/community/service-management-forum/how-to-verify-if-instance-is-configure... to see the output from ServiceNow to check if ADC is configured
