Hi,

 

How can I integrate Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow to automate notifications?
And how can i push the approval notification into the teams directly.

Hi Sandeep,

 

I have configure the integration with teams i am able to use the virtual agent and the employee centre but the thing is i'm not able to get any notification whether it is related to any record creation or update the record or request. 
i have tried almost everything but nothing happens...
