Has anyone integrated Dell's Warranty API with their ServiceNow instance. We just received our sandbox API keys and were looking for guidance on where to begin.
Will this integration with TechDirect get warranty information for servers and SANS as well? My purchasing team has the impression that TechDirect only provide warranty info for laptop and desktops.
