ServiceNow Integration with Dell's warranty API

I am working on the DELL API integration for Assets to retrieve the warranty information by sending the Service Tag.

I have setup the Oauth provider as below;

But when I click on the "Get Oauth Token", I get the error in the second screen shot below. Any assistance is really appreciated !

Did you ever get this working Satish? I got it working in our instance, and your OAuth application registration looks almost the same (except for the instance URL of course, and I didn't fill out anything in the Authorization URL or Refresh Token URL).

HAM Plugin is must for this integration or with ITSM subscription itself can be achieved?
