ServiceNow integration with Genesys cloud - Unable to see "Change" Option on Login Page

Hi Team,
We have integrated Genesys Cloud with our ServiceNow instance. When we click on the softphone icon (available through the CTI-Connector for ServiceNow), the Genesys login window opens as expected.
However, on the Genesys login page, we do not see the 'Change' option to switch the region/location.
Could you please help us understand under what conditions the 'Change' option becomes visible on the login page?
Currently, users are unable to change the region due to this issue and are therefore unable to work on tickets.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
