Servicenow Integration with Microsoft 365

Hi All,

There is an requirement where we need to integrate Microsoft 365 distribution list(DL) with ServiceNow user table so whatever emails are present in that DL that will be same will be available in ServiceNow user table. Anyone can you suggest how can i achieve this requirement.

You can use LDAP integration to get the distribution list along with group membership defined in Active directory.

Do you want to create DLs as groups in ServiceNow? if yes, there is already an OU definition created as example in OOB
