ServiceNow Integration with Microsoft Power Automate

Hi Everyone,

 

I wanted to integrate ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Automate tools bidirectionally. Requirement is to integrate few catalog items. There is no spoke available in ServiceNow and I think it has to be done through scripted rest api.

 

I was also looking at the connector available in Power automate, I couldn't find a way to submit a catalog item (REQ/RITM/SCTASK) from Power automate.

 

Please share any docs/links that might be helpful.

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Good morning Tera, Did you find any information on this issue? Were you able to resolve. I am facing the same issue at this time. I am able to create the Request but the system does not auto create the RITM and SCTASK.
