Hi,
I wanted to see if we can make an integration between ServiceNow and RPA. As of research on articles, we have recently have this possibility with the help of GenAI. Can someone if this integration is possible, then, how can I acheive it? also, which license is required if it is related to any plugin/application installation.
Thank you,
Shilpa B

HI @shilpaservi
RPA is now available in ServiceNow as a separate product. You can leverage its capabilities to automate and streamline your tasks efficiently.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @shilpaservi
Yes, the ServiceNow components allow you to interact with ServiceNow platform features such as the Flow Designer, manage attachments from table records, and trigger embedded task automations. You can refer to the following link for more details:
ServiceNow RPA Studio Overview
To install the RPA hub on your instance, please follow this link:
Install RPA Core
For accessing it, you can follow this link:

If you found my response helpful, kindly consider marking it as "Accept as Solution" and selecting "Helpful." This would be greatly appreciated and helps both the community and myself.
Thank you!
