Is it possible to integrate Servicenow with freshdesk?
What all applications can be integrated for ex: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, etc.
What should be the steps followed to achieve the same?

Hello Jasleenmarwaha,
yes it is possible to integrate service-now with fresh-desk.
>>they have provided API's for the integration you just need to search API's on the internet and check how we can consume and also they provided the content for the fields which is present on the fresh desk.
>>We can integrate all module of servicenow with freshdesk we just have to map fields of freshdesk.
please check the below link:

HOPE THIS HELPS!!!! MARK CORRECT OR HELPFUL.
Regards,
Mohammed Iqbal

i believe yes..
quick question would it be bi directional integration ?
eg: you create something in freshdesk and it will create an incident in servicenow . once you update anything here in servicenow should reflect in freshdesk as well vice versa?
what exactly you want to do?
anyway outbound web servicenow will fulfill your requirement if you are exposing the freshdesk api in servicenow.

Hey Jasleen,
If you're looking for a REST-based integration, the link below might help you out.
Connect ServiceNow to Freshdesk now
It's a simple and straightforward integration. You can set it up in less than 2 minutes.
Let me know if this helps 🙂
