Hello everyone,
Just a quick question on ServiceNow integration with Whatsapp. I understand that it requires a third party app. I found out that there are multiple apps in the market such as Twillio and Sprinklr, etc.
From high level what are the key differences between these apps in terms of pricing and capabilities.
I also noticed that ServiceNow somehow supports Twillio, since I found some articles in ServiceNow documentation along with a presentation in Nowcreate specifically for Twillio.
