ServiceNow logo change to default if no ITIL role

Hi all,

 

We have seen from our company instance that if a user have ITIL role, then logo is showing our correct company logo in our instance, but if user only have access to a custom app, hence no ITIL role, then they see the default ServiceNow logo in upper left corner.

 

Any idea where this might be configured?

Is there any out-of-the-box (OOB) theme applied that could be causing this issue?
