SERVICENOW MICRO CERTIFICATION-SERVICE PORTAL

Hello All,

I was trying to complete my micro certification for Service Portal Fundamentals and towards the end after completion my progress shows only 99% due to which I am unable to complete my assesssment as this is one of the pre-requisites to complete the course first.I have tried logging in and out and accessing other modules still the same.

Any suggestion/help/advice will be much appreciated!

Hi @SHEVANGI SINGH ,

Start at the beginning and click the little gray next button at the bottom of the course navigation all the way through to the end. It should be completed. Also, make sure you didn't stop any videos before they were 100% complete.
