ServiceNow NowMobile App Not Populating

I am trying to test NowMobile on my dev instance but despite activating the plugin it doesn't seem to actually be populating anything.

I've created several test applets along with the demo data included with activating the mobile plugin and nothing but the notifications and the settings tab is appearing. Any ideas why? I've confirmed that the actual app launchers and applets are all set to active, and nothing.

Have you added the applet to the applet launcher page? New York has a different mobile structure for page layout than Madrid did.

I thought that I did, but I can't seem to get any results. That being said, after trying it on my Galaxy (had been trying to get it to work on my iPad Pro) I was able to get NowMobile working just fine (great app by the way!).

My only question now is: Is there plans to make NowMobile available on iPads, or is this a known issue that will be fixed? I can see my organization wanting to use this app both on their mobile devices and on their tablets, so I just want to know if this is a limitation of the app or not.

Edit: Does enabling the different mobile experience plugins not automatically add applications to the applet launchers as demo data? Agent has been giving me problems with this as well. Nothing appearing despite supposedly having applets in the applet launchers.

I know the iOS app for iPhone works. My wife has an iPhone and did all my lab guide testing for the upcoming Now at Work workshops I've been writing the last month. I cannot say what the story is with the iPad. You may want to reach out to customer support on that one (my iPad is too old to run the app.)

I haven't had any experience yet trying the mobile app with various plugins either. Most of my experience is creating new custom apps.

There's only one code base for your apps. If it's working fine with the native Android client and not on iOS, that suggests something with the native client, not your app on ServiceNow. You've narrowed it down!

Thanks for your responses Chuck! I have one last question for you, if you don’t mind. I’ve had a chance to mildly explore the functionality of the NowMobile app. I’m wondering is there any ability to actually manage incidents in the app, say, change an assignment group or assigned to, assign a configuration item to an incident, etc. etc. If this is not current functionality, is there any plan to add that functionality?
