Hi @Apaul ,

You can use ServiceNow IntegrationHub/spokes and REST/SOAP to call Oracle Cloud (HCM/ERP/OCI) directly.  Prefer ServiceNow-led (IntegrationHub) when workflows originate in ServiceNow (HRSD/ITSM/CSM) and there are available spokes for Oracle products (e.g., Oracle HCM/Financials) or REST APIs to call; this keeps logic and retries in ServiceNow flows.

Can be used Oracle integration cloud(OIC) from oracle, it will steps like configure connection, developing integration.

Refer the below

blogs.oracle.com/search.html?q=servicenow+integration

copy paste in browser search URL and it has some blogs you can go through those.

ServiceNow Integration with Oracle - It explained best way to integrate the platforms.

This is the ServiceNow's official documentation to Integrate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure alarms

Thanks,
