ServiceNow - Outlook Calendar invitation - Propose new time

Hello,

I have implemented Outlook calendar integration to send out Cab meeting invites. But when an attendee is proposing new time, the inbound mail is received but is not processed. Any thoughts how this can be handled? Thanks in advance.

I am not entirely sure about the solution, but could you please share the inbound action? As far as I know, this might not be feasible because ServiceNow does not have a way to handle the proposed timing. Alternatively, you could log a Now Support case for further assistance.

The inbound action is OOB with name - Process CAB meeting invite replies.

It will process when meeting invite is accepted/declined. But when attendee proposes a new time, the reply is not processed.
