I submitted a request for a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) through the ServiceNow Developer Portal around October 12–13. It has been about a week, but my request is still showing a waitlist status, and I haven't received any email regarding instance availability yet.
I'm currently learning ServiceNow and need a personal instance to practice different concepts, work on configurations, and prepare for my CSA certification.
I understand that instance availability can vary, but I'm not sure how long the wait usually lasts. If anyone has faced a similar situation recently, I'd appreciate some advice.
Does the waitlist status usually take this long to change?
Is there any action I should take to make sure my request is processed properly?
Would you recommend waiting a little longer or trying something else?
I'd appreciate any suggestions or updates from people who have recently received their PDIs.
