PDI dev190311 stuck in temporary infrastructure maintenance

Hi team,

My PDI (dev190311) has been stuck on the status "Your PDI is temporarily unavailable due to infrastructure maintenance" for over 2 weeks.

I tried releasing the instance through the portal options, but it didn't work. Could you please check or reset the node for my instance?

this is reply from SN team

 

We have some clarification from the PDI team now. New software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected PDIs will remain unavailable until the installations are complete. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!!!
