Hi team
I recently upgraded my personal developer instance to the recent release Yokohama Patch 1. After the upgrade was successfully, when I tried to login to my PDI, it took me to the "Verify your identity" screen (screenshot below)
My question is, I have not set MFA for my PDI prior to this upgrade. I happened to read that MFA is enforced for local logins (without sso) starting from Yokohama release and that, after login, setup MFA will be an option for setting up the MFA for the PDI. Right now, I don't see that 'Setup MFA' option and I am not sure which authenticator app my PDI is linked with.
Is anyone else facing this issue? Do you know how to get past this? Right now, I am not able to login to my PDI because of this.
Thanks in advance for any help
Sangeetha.

That's what Servicenow says in the documentation, but in reality the instance will ask you for a MFA code right away, even if you have never set up MFA and won't provide an option to set it up for the first time. I just got locked out of a customer's development environment after the upgrade thanks to this.

Hi @Ivar Donado
I had solved this issue, thanks to @Randheer Singh . He was able to reset it internally and I was able to login and set up MFA. May be he can help you too?

Hello @Sangeetha_Jegan
Yes I also faced this. It was like if you don't setup MFA upto a certain date, it will automatically be setup after that.
So I am using my device as passkey. I am sure these two would not be the only options that are present, because I was getting a different option to setup passkey with my device.
May be try in incognito mode and see if it gives you the third option as well or you can setup the app.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway,

@Shivalika Yes, that is the issue I am currently facing. I am not getting the Setup MFA option. I even tried incognito mode but it is not working.
@Viraj Hudlikar My PDI was upgraded to Yokohama just now and its not been 30 days (which is the number of days they allow to configure MFA). Since I am not getting 'Setup MFA' option, I cannot set up the passkey with my device of choice.
