Servicenow - Peoplesoft Integration

We have a task to integrate PeopleSoft with ServiceNow in such a way that the "Department" field in PeopleSoft is in sync with ServiceNow. Whenever the department is updated for an employee in PeopleSoft , the same should be updated in ServiceNow automatically.

Please share the best practices as well. Thanks in advance.

You can provide an API for your table and credentials to peoplesoft team and ask them to push the details.
