Hi Team,
I’m currently facing an issue with our ServiceNow integration with SailPoint and wanted to check if anyone else has encountered something similar.
A few records are getting stuck in the SailPoint verification stage. Because of this, they are not progressing further and are remaining in the staging state. This is starting to impact access requests and causing delays.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, I would really appreciate any suggestions, insights, or troubleshooting steps that could help resolve it.
