ServiceNow Teams integration used cases

Hi All,

 

I would like to get the used cases for ServiceNow with Teams intrgration. I were able to find the plugins and installations steps for integration but couldn't find the used cases.

HI @Divakar_89 ,

The use case is for users to perform various actions without needing to log into the ServiceNow portal or native UI. They can effortlessly check their incident status, create new incidents, inquire about existing ticket statuses, initiate new requests, and engage with live agents—all conveniently within the Teams app itself.
