Servicenow Twilio sms Bi directional integration

Hi,

 

By using Notify-Twilio direct driver plugin and Twilio I can be able to send SMS to Assignedto  person's mobile phone whenever there is P1 ticket opened. Now what I need is when that person give response to SMS that response should update in worknotes in incident ticket.
