we have a transition,so we are taking control of existing ITSM project from client and providing L2 support, so i have no clarity on what are the KT and questionnaires i have to ask existing employees in the transition period . please advice me on this .

This is very broad question. Few points
- Documentation - Get all technical / functional documents
- Flow and process Docs for all from user creation till deployment
- Your user account
- All Access
-CAB meetings
- NOW Support and elevated Roles
- Any requirement gathering templates
- Training docs
- any 3rd party tool / access / POC
- Understand As IS process
- Customization if any
- Automation
- Open Records / Incidents etc
- Existing SLA
there are much more.
If you search on google, KT plan or try to search on NOW CREATE you may get the few templates.
