ServiceNow UI Builder Modeless dialogs

Hi All,

 

Hoping someone out here has the answer to my issue below, any help is welcomed 🙂

 

In UI Builder (Zurich) I have created a page collection with a simple stylized text box that says "Let's workflow it." on my workspace in the modeless dialogs in the content --> container --> I added a viewport that points to my page collection.

 

I created a button to show said modeless dialog and it opens but i get "No content available"

If i put the view port in the regular Modals section when i go to the button i get a few more options mainly being the viewport route which i set to default as my page is called default.

 

I click the button and it shows the page collection as expected however i cant use a regular modal since it disabled the background.

 

Any idea how i can get the modeless dialog to show my page collection?

You can have a look at this—it might be helpful for your use case 

Workspace viewport does not load page collection 

This should give you a good idea on how to properly configure modeless dialogs with viewport and routing.
