Hello everyone,
Is it possible to give read access to the delegated user? The case is that User A delegated User B, User B have no problem with approvals but User B has no access to the record/custom application.
How should User B be able to see the record and access the application before approving it. Thanks!

Hello,
Yes you can give read access but make sure to revoke once delegate record is removed for the user.

You have to explore what roles are needed, Generally if Person A has gone for long vacation and has delegated person B about his work we used to give roles of person a to person b until person a comes back

I not sure how I can do that automatically. Are you talking about business rules or manually adding roles to Person B?
