VIP Flag changes color to Red OOTB on Incident form 

How to achieve same in Service Operation Workspace.

In SOW, it’s now available OOTB. You just need to update SOW to the latest version and check.

Thanks, but the name should be in Red Color, VIP flag is already there.

Hi mate, any reason to add more technical debt? I’d suggest using what’s available OOTB — I guess that should work.

Coming from Customer directly so can't do much. I can explain them but, in the end, whatever they want is final.
