VIP Flag changes color to Red OOTB on Incident form 

 

How to achieve same in Service Operation Workspace.

Are you referring to the fact that the calls name is red rather then just the VIP symbol?

Yes Correct the name should be in Red Color, VIP flag is already there.

@Ashish Kathait  to change it to red:

  1. Go to Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Highlighted Values.
  2. Find the caller_id record that's on the incident table (OOTB sys_id: 3867a9b193824a10c3bbf04e64891827).
  3. Open the highlighted value condition with the condition "Caller VIP = true" from the related list (OOTB sys_id: 70772db193824a10c3bbf04e64891889e).
  4. Change the color to  "Critical." You can also update the icon if you'd like!

Thanks But need to change the Color of Caller  Text to Red.

That’s not possible, mate. It would require significant technical debt, so it’s better to use what’s provided by ServiceNow and educate your users accordingly, mate. @Ashish Kathait
