Is there a side by side comparison of how Servicenow is better than Remedy and why the customers must migrate to Servicenow from Remedy?

Hi Mary,
I'm sure it depends on who you ask. I've worked on both platforms, and have found ServiceNow to be much more flexible and easier to develop for. Not sure what you mean by "customers must migrate to ServiceNow from Remedy".

Whatever info exists today is probably in need of an overhaul since Remedy just released a behemoth upgrade.
At a high level Remedy is still very much focused on the tool being for IT, where as ServiceNow is widely known for being an excellent platform for any kind of business service. This is especially important in today's world where the distinction between IT services and non-IT services blurs every day.
