ServiceNow Walk up Experience - How to have multiple appointments at same time

Hi All,

We are implementing ServiceNoow walkup experience in our Instance.

Currently we created timeslot of 15 mins per walkup center and end users can book appointment for that. However onnce end user book appointment for 08:00-08:15 that slot is not availbale for othher end users.

We want to have 3 appointments per slot.

Please help where we can connfigure this.

Hello,

You have the property "Appointments per window" set to 1, then what you are trying to do is not possible. This property indicates how many times you will allow the appointment slot to be booked.

Try to set "Appointments per window" set to 3

When users booking appointment  again going on join the queue they are getting below message.

"You have an upcoming appointment scheduled for April 8th 8:00am"

We need to add queue location after that. Can you guide us where we can make changes.

We already cloned widget and located this msg however facing issue in adding location

Please help.
