Dear Team,
We have to integrate ServiceNow with EventOps via webhook integration.
Use case - Whenever a Priority One incident create or Priority is Updated to Critical for any incident in ServiceNow, Events Ops send an alert It would be helpful if anyone can share some steps to work around it . Also apart from webhook if any other approach we can use for this integration?

Hi, your easiest solution might be to use an after insert\update BR to trigger your integration\webhook message

Thank you for the reply, I wanted to know what value we pass from servicenow in the EventoPS payload to generate the alert, Do we have any link for more details on How eventOps integration work with servicenow.
