Session timeout, pop up login taking users to backend not portal view

Hello all, 

As of now on the service portal when the session is timed out, a log in pop up displays and when a user enters there Username & password they are redirected to the backend view, is there a way for this redirection to go to Service portal instead? thank you

Hello!

Thank you for your reply, i had a question on this article wonder if you can answer, im simply just trying to force the users to be redirected to the Serviceportal, ive went into the glide.login.home and input the URL but it still shows the backend along with the portal at the same time
