Hi folks,
It has been an exceptional awesome experience on the community forum, everyone has been so helpful to assist. Thank you,
I was wondering if it is possible to set the order of the columns showing in a Pivot table,
the columns listed appear in alphabetical order in one of our instances,
but in another instance, you can see Awaiting Customer comes after In Progress
the report has not been modified since its creation but the user is aware of the changes of the column order?
Thank you in advance.

Hello George,
Looks like the columns are set on pivot table from the dictionary values in the sequence given.
For Eg:
If i change the sequence of On hold to 0, On hold comes first, see below.

Thank you Moulik, the sys_choice sequence field seems to be responsible to the listed order in the report. I am getting in touch with the one who updated the records.
Very much appreciate your help!

I love you, I spent one hour trying to solve this and we only need to establish a sequence.
